Is there a chef you admire the most?

I worked with several talented chefs early in my career who provided training and influenced my style, including Justin Watson and Earl Morse

Celebrity Chefs I admire are Thomas Keller and Eric Ripert

What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?

I am most proud of being offered the role of Chef de Cuisine at the Bray Dining Room (Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA)

Preferred style of cooking?

Classic French style and also Southern cuisine

Favorite food to cook?

Fried chicken or a savory pork belly dish

Least favorite food to prepare?

American chili, it’s not my favorite
